Shipping

How will my order be packaged?
Every work is protected with acid-free paper and flat-packed in our custom-made presentation box with internal portfolio and foam boards to allow for optimal protection, conservation and display. Each box comes with a pair of white gloves for unwrapping and handling the work.

Do you ship internationally?
We ship to any US and international address. Please note that for international shipments import duties and taxes may apply upon entry of the artwork into the country. The exact amount can vary depending on the work and regulations of the country. The buyer is responsible for any relevant custom duties and taxes. We pay particular attention to orders going through customs and each order will have the correct documentation so that minimal appropriate duties and taxes are applied. If customs need more information from the buyer, we assist them with clearing shipment.

What shipping method do you use?
For both our US and overseas shipping we use FedEx or DHL. We use their Express Service which means the artworks are only in transit for a very short time. This is an overnight service, Monday to Friday, which requires a signature on delivery. 

How long does shipping take?
We usually ship the next working day after the order has been made. However, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process, pack and ship your artwork. 

Can I track the progress of my delivery?
When your shipment has been dispatched you will receive an email indicating when to expect delivery. Your tracking number will be included in the email so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the artwork and its destination. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and included in the total cost of your order.

Is my order insured during shipping?
Every shipment is fully insured from the moment it leaves our studio to when it arrives at your door.

What is your returns policy?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you are not happy with your artwork. We cannot offer refunds on the costs of delivery and we ask that you arrange and pay for the return shipment to our company address listed on the contact page of the website. Please note that returns must be made in the original condition and packaging with the Certificate of Authenticity you received with the edition. If your artwork arrives to you with flaws or damage, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. Please bear in mind that the artwork may not be replaceable since all of our works are limited editions and unique works. We ask that you report any problems within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing beldansezen@me.com with details of the issue. If we are able to accept your return, you will receive a full refund for the artwork within 14 days. 

Can I cancel my order?
All requests for cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your order being placed. Unfortunately we cannot accommodate any requests made after this time as the artwork will already be packaged and/or shipped to you.
